In Version 0.4, new and expansive features have been brought to ReguLore. With the new inclusion of the Change Management and Monitoring modules, firms can now capture potential issues on the horizon all the way through to a deep dive on a potential issue area.
Change Management brings with it the ability to log, track and update the CASS Oversight of ongoing changes. As part of the module, Horizon Scanning is also included. The blog feed directly from the FCA inserted into Horizon Scanning provides an easy access to any new information, whilst new items can still be logged manually. All of which can then be converted to a new or exsisting change item.
The Monitoring module focuses on the in-depth reports undertaken by CASS Oversight. Setting out the scope, the areas involved and the testing, it provides a central place for all stakeholders to view updates or progress of current or historical reviews.

- Ability to manage individual changes
- Have oversight of all changes via a log
- Horizon scanning, using the RSS feed from the FCA as one source.
- The ability to create your own Horizon Scanning item.
- Create a Watchlist of potential change.
- Link different documents information to your Watchlist items.
- Ability to transition a watchlist item to a Change item.
- Monitoring Module
- The ability to manage Monitoring reports in one place.
- Each individual monitoring report has its own information, with oversight of a history of reports via the log
- The individual reports include an overview, impact areas, attach testing, findings, observations, all the way through to review and sign off.
- Documentation
- All key areas can now accept an upload of documentation of excel, pdf, word or email.
- Exporting
- All items can be exported in clean excel data.
- It will export to the current filter of the screen you are on (where available).
- Metric updates
- As part of the monitoring Module, metric have been expanded to include new metrics required.
Small changes:
- Improve back-end table management to support the key features mentioned above.
- Further reliability testing completed on the Registration process, as registration emails were not being received.
